This website has been made to coordinate the process of establishing the Ghana Environmental Information Network (GEIN). It’s aim is also to facilitate for sharing open environmental data.
The GEIN seeks to promote the collection and sharing of spatial data among other, between relevant institutions that generate and use spatial data. This would help the broader community of spatial data users including students from our various universities and enable the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to generate the state of the environment report for the country as well as contribute to the Africa environment outlook..
